Terms And Conditions

And now the legal stuff…

1. A ticket to Playgroup Festival is non-transferable.

2. The artists and performer line-up at Playgroup Festival may be subject to change at any time and although we will always try to inform you of any changes, we will not be held responsible for any performer cancellations.

3. Playgroup Festival and its associates reserve the right to refuse admission to the festival to facilitate security, safety and the comfort of guests. Ticket holders found to be in possession of ay items prohibited by the festival (listed below) may be asked to leave.

4. Prohibited items include firearms and illegal drugs, Playgroup Festival reserves the right to expel anyone off site if found in possession of these items with the police called if deemed necessary.   

5. Admission to Playgroup Festival is at owners own risk – Playgroup Festival will not be held responsible for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event, including damage, theft or losses to property and vehicles if the cause is due to the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties.

6. Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.

7. Strictly NO trading or commercial activities by ticket holders will be allowed on site without the festivals prior written consent.

8. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be removed from site.

9. As a condition of sale, the ticket holder agrees to be filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, Radio, webcast and their image used for future promotional material for Playgroup Festival.

10. No pets or animals are allowed on site apart from guide dogs.

11. No fires, candles, BBQ’s or candle laterns are permitted

12. No glass is permitted on site.
